Best food and super nice staff. I've gone here for close to 20 years. The food is always delicious and the service is fast. Couldn't recommend this place more. Love it!

There was a lot of people for takeout and not to many dining inside. I ordered Hunan Chicken and large pork fried rice. The chicken was all white meat and there was a lot of meat in the pork fried rice. Very flavorful and prices are good!

Very nice people and had my food done quickly. Ordered empress chicken and beef and broccoli. The beef and broccoli tasted as if they had a sauce from a pack and the Empress chicken lacked flavor. In fact, both of them lacked flavor. Food stayed hot for a little over a half an hour which was good but unfortunately I just don't think I'll go back. They had regulars picking up to go orders as there was a table full of them maybe I just got the wrong thing. I didn't eat either dish and had cereal instead.

I used to eat here weekly when I worked for a podiatrist across the street. Always loved their food. The pot stickers are humungous. Their apps are tasty, the ribs are huge! The tofu dishes are delicious, fried tofu and they made it completely non spicy per my request. Soup was tasty and the place has not changed decor since 2006. They deliver and offer pick up. I will definately go here again.

Hunan Royal is a small little place that you could easily miss as it's wedged between a Starbucks and Dollar Tree in a Dierbergs Plaza in South County. But please, do not miss it! It is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. They offer a daily lunch and dinner combo special. These include choice of soup, crab Rangoon or egg roll, rice and choice of entree. It is an amazing amount of food for a great price!
Family run little place featuring a mother/daughter duo who are pleasant and accommodating. Your meal is finished with a plate of chilled orange wedges. It's the perfect palate cleanser for salty Chinese food and almost my favorite part of the meal. They offer carry out and dine in services. Don't miss this SoCo gem!
